THE "EXCITEMENT" n it's review:

so the excitement came on tues but i only started using it like 2/3 days ago? so here's the review based on the little time we've come to known each other.

n we decided to get MATCHING PHONES too !!!

of cos, everyone noes nokia produces ALRIGHT standard phones which are 90+ % user-frenly. thus i decided to swop my trustworthy SE to nokia simply cos i m sick of typing smses with the joystick everytime i wanna change a word.

i was struggling between tons of models which also included n76 n n81. however, n76 was notorious for its unstable software n also reviewed as taking "unusable" night shots, resulting in its struck-off.

n81 wasn't too bad too n i simply loved it for it's BULK n large screen which performs superbly playing video, seen from a kid watching bugs bunny on his phone. HOWEVER being a poor kid as i m and also part of the mega-pixel chase consumer group, i decided to get the 6500 with it's 3.2mp cam plus carl zeiss lens (of which are also missing on the n81).

the 6500 was reviewed on cnet n rated by users with a score of 7.7 with decent camera n music quality, in line with smart n user-frenly design.

on personal usage, camera performed so-so only as it seems to take pictures tt made my face n teeth look humongous (though it could also b attributed to my own facial features). one flaw i noticed was tt its camera activation button seems defaulted to video mode which kinda irritates me cos i use the cam much more frequently. the video quality was nt worth mentioning cos of the sub-par quality.

music player wise, it plays decent music as my SE phone with good quality n volume. n its such tt even the alarm doesn't seem to irk me as i m one such person who is highly ALLERGIC to noisy phones, alarms or otherwise.

a few other design flaws i noticed with the phone is tt it seems to default its settings every now n then, resulting in a change of ring tones to nokia tunes or a disappearance of the screen saver causing absurd use of the battery. all these seems to b corrected when u switch the phone on n off again. again, it could just be MY phone since HIS seems to have alot lesser problem.

another problem tt i noted was tt we can't seem to oraganise the files into folders on the memory card provided without the use of the com. i've never encountered this problem with my SE cos it was so lousy it din even supported an expandable slot. we can however, organise the files into the phone though it's onboard memory is a little too small for all the media.

so far, tt's all i've observed of the phone. other than tt, it's still a pleasant to use phone though comparision still continues constantly in regard to the SE.

oh n the radio HANGS all the time.

MY rating: 6.0
